Day 4: Amsterdam City & Excursions

Day 5: Amsterdam → Cologne → Mannheim (Germany)

Day 6: Mannheim → Black Forest → Rhine Falls → Zurich (Switzerland)

  • Insurance or Medical Cover for any passenger, GST or Taxes of any nature as applicable, Tips, Laundry, Telephone, Mineral Water

  • $30 Italy city tax (this is the tax rate at the time of this post and is subject to change)

  • $10 per person per day tips to be collected on day 1

  • Select the appropriate travel dates from the 3 options listed above.

  • The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll-away bed.

  • EU hotel occupancy regulations allow a maximum of 3 persons in a room.

  • A surcharge may be applicable on certain departures.

  • Due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended. However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged

    • Standard hotel check-in time is 1400-1500 hrs.

Payment Schedule | Cancelation and Refund Policy | Late Fee

  • First Deposit $300 at time of booking per person

  • Second Payment $600 due March 6th, 2026, per person

  • Third Payment 50% of the remaining balance due May 10th, 2026, per person

  • Remaining balance due June 15th, 2026 per person

  • 100% refund if canceled before March 1st, 2026. No refund after March 2nd, 2026. All charge card payments are subject to a 5% credit/debit card fee. Transfer of deposits is only allowed for new reservations. This fee applies to payments and refunds. To avoid paying extra fees, Zelle or CashApp payments to Michael Douglas, at 570-417-5204. If you were to send money via Zelle or CashApp, send a follow-up email or text letting us know you’ve made a payment.

  • A $150 late fee will be added per person for final payment made after April 15th, 2025.
