Itinerary Details

DAY 1: 27TH MARCH : FLIGHT FROM USA TO NAIROBI, KENYA

DAY 2: 28TH MARCH: AIRPORT TRANSFER AND FREE DAY IN NAIROBI.

Rosa Bus available for use throughout the day. Overnight in Nairobi on bed and breakfast.

DAY 3: 29TH MARCH: FREE DAY IN NAIROBI.

DAY 4: 30TH MARCH: FREE DAY IN NAIROBI AND TRANSFER TO NAIVASHA.

You will have Land Cruisers at your disposal for the full day. Thereafter, we will take a 2 hours drive to Lake

Naivasha, check in at the hotel for Dinner and Overnight.

DAY 5: 31ST MARCH: NAIVASHA (LONGONOT, CRESCENT ISLAND.

Today we will experience the sunrise near the shows of Lake Naivasha. Have breakfast at the hotel very early in the morning, and by 06:30am drive to Mount Longonot Hiking. You will drive back to the hotel for Lunch, freshen up and prepare for an evening activity. After a good time of relaxing, we will thereafter set to sail on a relaxing boat ride on the picturesque Lake Naivasha. Having a good time to see different species of bird life around and inside the lake, see a series of hippopotamus families in the water, experience a Fish Eagle snatching fish from the lake. After enjoying your sail, you will enter the crescent island. We will have a good time to walk with wild animals like Giraffes, Zebra, Wildebeests, Waterbucks, Ostrich, Antelopes and different species of birdlife. We will latter sail back to the shore of the lake before and drive to the hotel for Dinner and overnight.

DAY 6: 01ST APRIL: NAIVASHA - MAASAI MARA.

This special day, we will have breakfast at the hotel, check out by 07:00hr and take a 5hours drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve through the great rift Valley. The scenery while on this drive is predominantly of open wide spaces characterized by a sparse settlement system mainly

along the road. We arrive at the Lodge/camp in time for lunch, check in, have lunch and prepare for an evening game drive till dusk. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge/camp.

DAY 7: 02ND APRIL: MAASAI MARA.

An early morning balloon safari is available at USD 450 per person. The Balloon launches at 0600hrs and takes one hour. On landing, we will be welcomed with a champagne bush breakfast. Full day game viewing whereby you leave the camp after breakfast with a picnic lunch. The Mara is the land of African legend: Lions are abundant throughout the park, as are the elephants, giraffes, and a variety of gazelle species and zebra. Cheetah and leopard are also regularly seen and, less commonly, rhino. The annual wildebeest migration, one of nature’s few remaining wildlife spectacles, occurs in the Mara from July to September, where the big animals and their predators are to be present in abundance during the time frame of this trip. Several species of Bee-Eater, the flying rainbow that heads the list of the Mara’s birds, occur in the reserve. As well as wildlife, the Maasai Mara is also home to many members of the colorful Maasai tribe who may be seen around the borders of the park – Morans (warriors) loping across the plains, young boys herding goats, or elders grouped under a tree discussing matters of the day. Dinner and overnight at the camp/Lodge.

DAY 8: 03RD APRIL MAASAI MARA – DIANI.

This will be our last day of wild safari, we will have an early breakfast and prepare to check out of the hotel by 06:30hrs for a drive back to Nairobi. We will have a stopover in Nairobi to have lunch before being dropped at the Train Station for a 6-hour journey to Kenya’s Beautiful beaches. We will arrive at Mombasa Train Station by 20:00 hours, where we will be received by our driver for a transfer to Diani Beach. Upon arrival the Hotel, we will check in, have dinner, and overnight in a charming resort by the beach.
